Big Mac’s, McNuggets, and socks with illustrations of Ronald and Grimace were popular items on Wednesday, May 6 at McDonald’s locations across Canada and in local communities for McHappy Day.
At the McDonald’s on Highway 17 in Hawkesbury, McHappy Day funds were raised for the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HGH) Foundation. Members of the Hawkesbury Fire Department, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), and other volunteers were at the restaurant to help with the fundraising.
