Bob Hardy, Walker Runner; Another record breaking 35-km before Toronto Marathon

Walker-runner Bob Hardy keeps us updated with his training regimen which is part of his plan to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

The final 35-km time trial before my five hour, or less, Toronto Marathon and one step closer to qualifying for the Boston Marathon was also a fundraiser for Alzheimer.

On October 4th at the Civic Complex in Cornwall the final 35-km time trial was held with another record breaking time of 3.55.

The goal for October 21 which is a five-hour, or less, Toronto Marathon, one and half hours faster than my inaugural 2016 Ottawa Marathon and one step closer to qualifying for The Boston Marathon, before my 70th birthday in 2020.
