Yoga in L’Orignal – Be more ACTIVE!

Chantal is a professional yoga instructor that will teach classes at the L’Orignal Reception Hall. Strala Yoga is the synergy between body, soul and spirit and regular practice helps to increase body, muscle and deep tissue strength and balance. Yoga will help you feel calmer and improve your focus. This class is for anyone interested; a gentle and respectful way to exercise your body and be healthy. This class will be offered every Monday at 10 A.M. and Thursday at 5:45 P.M. in L’Orignal in the Chalet abri (772 Front Road)
