ROLL & RELEASE – Tension Release & Mobility Increase
Are you looking to increase mobility & strength, release tension and have your body feel good when you wake up? This self-care class is ideal for seniors looking to increase blood flow and range of motion, great for athletes who want to treat sore muscles and is perfect for anyone who wants to keep their insides and outside moving well. Stephanie will provide small hand-held balls and will teach a roll and release yoga technique that will help increase posture, strength and circulation. Treat yourself to a therapeutic hour that will help relax the body through deep tissue work and calm the mind using deep breathing techniques. This class will be offered on Mondays at 10:00 A.M. and Wednesdays at 1:30 P.M. at the Vankleek Hill Community Centre.
