Local rising country musician Andrew Charlebois and The Triple Shot Band will headline six musical acts at the 15th annual Champlain Charity Jamboree in Vankleek Hill on July 4, to raise funds for the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HGH) Foundation.

The event held outdoors under the big tent at the Windsor Tavern will be aiming to raise funds to provide bedside cardiac monitors for the post-anesthesia care and endoscopy units at the hospital. Long-time supporter of the event Scotiabank is again the main sponsor for the 2026 edition of the Champlain Charity Jamboree, with dozens of other main and minor sponsors supporting the fundraiser.

The theme for the 15th annual edition of the jamboree is country music, with Charlebois and his band putting the icing on the cake at the end of the night. Here is the lineup for the full day, which runs from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Headliner Andrew Charlebois, who hails from nearby Plantagenet, is a small-town troubadour with a heart full of country and a soul shaped by song. Charlebois’s performances reflect who he is: honest, heartfelt, and grounded. His debut album ‘Born Country’ carries with it the spirit of blue-collar perseverance, the strength of family ties, and a voice that speaks for the working man. Andrew Charlebois and The Triple Shot Band will hit the stage from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Co-headliner Dwane Dixon, who plays from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and music entrepreneur with four self-produced, all-original blues albums to his credit. Dixon, who is a true ambassador for the blues rock of the late 1960s and 70s, will be performing his special one-man acoustic show at the jamboree, which was a huge hit at last’ year’s event.

Bringing some Rock into the day’s mix will be Vankleek Hill’s 50 PROOF, who hit the stage from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. The popular local Classic Rock band will be playing a mix of hits from the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s and beyond.

Mary’s Luck plays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The dynamic duo of Marie-Eve Vézina and Yvon Leroux bring out the warmth of guitars and rich vocal harmonies, blending blues, folk, rock ’n’ roll, country, and alternative vibes.

Kicking off the jamboree will be two -old time classic country performers. Roger Hamelin, the voice of the Uncle George Band, will kick off the day with a solo show from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Following him from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. is Ray Seguin, whose deep baritones and classic country performance will keep the afternoon crowd dancing all day.

Food and drink are available on site all day. Gates open at 3 p.m.
