The Hawkesbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested two persons following the recovery of a stolen vehicle in Hawkesbury.
On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, just after 11:40 pm, officers used a tire deflation device to stop a stolen vehicle after the driver failed to stop for police. Two people were arrested.
Esidoros Jr. Sideratos, 25 years old of Iroquois, Ontario, has been charged with the following offences:
- Theft of motor vehicle
- Possession property obtained by crime
- Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
- Operation while prohibited under the criminal code
- Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court – two counts
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused was held for a bail hearing on Thursday August 27, 2026, at the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal.
Angeline Ceasor, 31 years old of Hawkesbury, Ontario, has been charged with the following offences:
- Theft of motor vehicle
- Possession property obtained by crime
- Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
This accused was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled before the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on November 18, 2026.
