Vankleek Hill’s annual town-wide yard sale is back for another year on Saturday, June 6.

Trash ‘n’ Treasure is presented by the Vankleek Hill Business and Merchant Association with support from Champlain Township.

From 9 am to 4 pm, yard sales will be set up in front of homes and businesses all over town, and in parking lots behind Scotiabank and The Windsor Tavern.

At The Review office at 76 Main Street East, “The Play’s The Thing” sale will catch the conscience of shoppers looking for items to play or play with. Those include games, musical instruments, sheet music, records, tapes, and compact discs.

The Champlain Library, located at 94 Main Street East, is having a book and puzzle sale during Trash ‘n’ Treasure day.

Saturday is also market day in town. The Vankleek Hill Farmer’s Market will be open from 9:30 am to 2 pm at 50 Home Avenue.

Yard sale permits are not required for Champlain Township property owners during the weekend of June 6 and 7.

Trash ‘n’ Treasure takes place rain or shine.
