The L’Orignal Food Bank has moved to its new location at 135 rue Longueuil after closing its former premises at the beginning of September.
Due to the space constraints at the food bank’s new location, the thrift store has been permanently closed. The organization is gently reminding individuals not to drop off bags of clothing and other items at their previous address.
With the closure of one of its important sources of funding, the L’Orignal Food Bank is appealing for the community’s generosity and to keep an eye out for future fundraising events at this crucial time.
Along with the move comes changes to the food bank’s contact information. Individuals are encouraged to contact services by phone at 613-675-1999 or via email at [email protected]. Information will also soon become available on their website, balorignal.com and Facebook page, “Banque alimentaire de L’Orignal.”
