The Vankleek Hill Cougars will be skating with the public in the morning this coming Sunday, December 12, to raise donations and funds for the Vankleek Hill Food Bank.
The Junior C hockey team is inviting everyone to come skate with the players from the current squad at the Vankleek Hill Arena from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and meet Santa Claus. Photos are available.
Admission is a non-perishable food item donation to the food bank, which is currently holding its Christmas basket drive.
The fundraiser is being sponsored by the Vankleek Hill Cougars, along with Carl Bougie real estate and Xplornet.
