On Friday, April 30, 2021, at approximately 4 p.m., a Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer responded to a mischief complaint at a local business on Notre-Dame Street in Embrun, Ontario.

An altercation took place in the parking lot between two male adults.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the person of interest and the suspect vehicle utilized, with the following descriptions:

  • Caucasian
  • Between 177 cms (5’10”) and 185 cms (6’1″)
  • Between 20 and 30 years of age
  • Thin build
  • Wearing an orange and black plaid shirt, beige cargo style pants, a black ball cap and white running shoes
  • Brown short hair
  • Brown full beard

Suspect vehicle:

  • Older model red Chevrolet Cruze
  • Rear peeled off licence plate
