Organizers of Porchfest in Vankleek Hill are currently exploring a structure which would allow Porchfest to take place in 2021 with the approval of the Eastern Ontario Health Unit.
“It will be a scaled down affair from the last, but our plan is to do what is necessary to make it happen,” said Porchfest Chairman Ken Duff. “Our plans will comply completely with COVID regulations and restrictions, as they exist on Saturday, July 17.”
Organizers are currently looking for 12 porch hosts to offer their space in order for the event to take place. Those prepared to participate and offer their porches can indicate their interest by signing up at http://porchfestvankleekhill.ca/porch-sign-up/.
Duff said Porchfest will keep the community posted as things evolve for this year’s event.
