The Canadian Cancer Society is holding its 5th annual Relay For Life Prescott-Russell event on Friday, June 14th, 2019. The event will take place at École secondaire catholique de Plantagenet at 6150 County Road 17. Participants will start arriving around 4 p.m. with a start-time scheduled for 6 p.m. Opening celebrations begin at 7 p.m., recognitions at 8:30 p.m. and the Survivor’s Walk is scheduled for 10:30 p.m., the event will end at midnight.
Relay For Life is more than just a fundraiser. Join friends, family, neighbours and colleagues to celebrate survivors and fight cancer together. Last year, more that $50,000 was raised at this event! All funds raised go towards cancer research, transportation services to treatments, peer support programs, and much more.
