The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) has had a busy week in Argenteuil. Here is the SQ report, with lists of incidents per day for the past week.
A vehicle was stolen from Main Street in Lachute, and a break-and-enter took place at a residence on Highway 148 in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, as well as on Sydney Street in Lachute. A person was charged with impairment.
A theft took place on Tessier Boulevard in Lachute, a collision at the intersection of Rainbow and Route 329 in Gore and another collision took place at the intersection of Vieux Verger and Cortland in Brownsburg-Chatham. An instance of fraud, shoplifting and mischief on someone’s vehicle took place in Lachute.
The SQ were called to a shoplifting incident on Bethany Street in Lachute and to a break-in at a cottage on chemin Georges in Wentworth.
Tobacco infractions were investigated on Autoroute 50, near Lachute, along with a theft on Bethany Street in Lachute and and a hit-and-run incident. A break-and-enter took place on chemin Rivière Rouge Sud in Saint-André-d’Argenteuil along with a collision and another collision took place in Brownsburg-Chatham.
Impaired driving charges were laid following a stop on Autoroute 50 west near Mirabel. SQ also investigated the theft of a VTT on Lachute’s Main Street and a fraud incident on Bédard Avenue in Lachute, along with a mischief charge related to a vehicle in Lachute. A hit-and-run incident took place on Woodbine Street in Brownsburg-Chatham.
Someone received minor injuries at an incident which occurred at the corner of Bethany and Autoroute 50 West in Lachute. Vehicles were seized in Brownsburg-Chatham and in Brownsburg-Chatham. Two collisions, one which involved minor injuries, too place on Route 327 in Harrington.
A hit-and-run incident took place on Route 327 in Lachute and a theft occurred on Maple Street in Grenville.
A license suspension took place at the corner of Bethany and Autoroute 50 west of Lachute. A vehicle was seized in Lachute and in Brownsburg-Chatham.
A collision and a two thefts took place in Lachute, along with an arrest for possession with intent to traffick drugs and a collision which resulted in minor injuries.
The SQ investigated a theft in Brownsburg-Chatham.
