Arbor Gallery Cultural Centre’s Annual Holiday Exhibition, with items on sale for holiday gift-giving, opens on November 2 and is on until December 18.
The sale, curated by Niki Mulder, features work by Reenie Marx, Lorie Turpin, Tina Petrovicz, Wayne Fijal, Susan Porter, Mary Ferguson, Manon Sauve, Maggie Dean, Jessica Sarrazin, Roy Whiddon, Jane Cass, Gillian Horgan, Lynne Ayers and Kim Fournier. There is also a piece on sale by Canadian artist Freda Pemberton Smith (1901-1991). You can meet the artists on Sunday, November 6, between 1 and 3 p.m., and refreshments will be served.
The show is set up to be affordable, said curator Niki Mulder, who said most pieces, which include paintings, ornaments, pottery, and more, are $100 or below.
Arbor Gallery, at 36 Home Avenue in Vankleek Hill, is open on Wednesdays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Thursday – Sunday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
