MILLAR, ROBERT HOWARD
Died suddenly at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Robert ‘Bob’ Millar of Alexandria; age 94 years. Beloved friend of Beverley Briggs. Dear father of Carol Hague (late Richard) and Heather Bentley (Jim). Predeceased by his wife, Phyllis Christina Millar, his parents and his only brother. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street, Alexandria (525-2772). A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the Alexandria United Church (Church on the Hill) at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Service. A Committal Service will take place at St. Hubert, Quebec at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, World Vision, World Wildlife Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
