At the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 Jeannine Lacroix (née Durocher) passed away at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband Rolland Lacroix. Loving mother of Lucie (Pierre LeBlanc). Cherished grandmother of the late Daniel LeBlanc (Megan Morin) and Véronik LeBlanc, Fond great-grandmother of Clara. Dear sister of Diane (Philippe Goulet), Liliane Durocher, Maurice (Lucille Duplantie), Hervé (the late Aline Duval). Predeceased by her sisters Antoinette (the late Joe Hrynkiw), Gloria (Raymond Sirois) and her brothers Gérald (the late Marie), Royal (the late Rita), Bernard (the late Pat) and Laurier (the late Claire). Also survived by her many cousins, nieces and nephews. Jeannine will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family at the Vankleek Hill Manor 71 Derby Ave. A Mass of Christian Funeral will be celebrated on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11 am at Saint-Grégoire-de-Nazianze 137 Higginson Street, Vankleek Hill. The family will be present to receive condolences from 10 am. Interment Saint Grégoire Catholic Cemetery, Vankleek Hill. Grand-mère adorée de feu Daniel Leblanc (Meagan Morin) et Véronik LeBlanc. Arrière-grand-mère de Clara. Chère sœur de Diane (Philippe Goulet), Liliane Durocher, Maurice (Lucille Duplantie), Hervé (feu Aline Duval). Elle fut prédécédée par ses sœurs Antoinette (feu Joe Hrynkiw), Gloria (Raymond Sirois) et ses frères Gérald (feu Marie), Royal (feu Rita), Bernard (feu Pat) et Laurier (feu Claire). Lui survivent également plusieurs cousins, cousines, neveux, nièces et amis.
