BERNIQUEZ, YOLANDE (NÉE QUANN)
September 4, 1936 – April 3, 2019
With her family by her side, Yolande left this world to live her eternal life. Daughter of the late Robert and the late Rose Quann. Yolande is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years Léon. Loving mom to the late Line, Francine (Robert) and Marc (Jane). Beloved Nanny to Jeff, Sylvain (Catalina), Nicholas (Erin), Selene, Zachary, Nicholas, Michaela and Noah. Great–Nanny to Olivia, Lila, Mya and Lincoln. Sister to Marie (Albert), Rhéa (André), Solange (Gaetan) and Ronald (Françoise). She was an adored sister-in-law to Léon’s many siblings. She will live on in the memory of her nieces and nephews as the cherished Ma tante Youne. A special thank you is extended to the exceptional staff of the Residence for the all the laughs and precious moments they shared with Yolande during her 3 years with them. The love and compassion they gave during her final days was more than the family could have hoped for. A Memorial Mass will be held on May 10, 2019 at Paroisse St-Pierre Apôtre in Hawkesbury at 11 am, with internment to follow. Family will receive condolences at 10:30 a.m at church. In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Prescott-Russell Residence.
