Police have charged a 13-year-old boy with uttering threats in a Rockland school.

On April 9, 2019, officers of the Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to threats in a local school. A 13-year-old male was charged for uttering threats. The identity of the accused cannot be released under terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
