Film Night at StoryFest: Can You Ever Forgive Me?

Greenwood’s StoryFest 2019 is presenting “Can You Ever Forgive Me?” starring Melissa McCarthy as its Film Night. A feature or documentary is always chosen related to writing. This year’s movie is based on the real-life misadventures of Lee Israel, a frustrated author who struggled to pay her rent and bills in 1990s New York. Desperate for money, Israel hatched a scheme to forge letters by famous writers and sell them.
