Recognized community leaders and longtime supporters of local healthcare, Lucienne Beauclair and Guy Cholette have donated $5,000 to the Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital (HGMH) Foundation CT Scanner Campaign, helping bring advanced diagnostic imaging closer to home for families across Glengarry and the surrounding region.

Their gift supports the Foundation’s $3.5 million campaign to bring the hospital’s first CT scanner to HGMH, improving access to timely diagnostic imaging and reducing the need for patients to travel outside the community for care.

For Beauclair and Cholette, giving back is rooted in gratitude for the care their family has received over the years. Their story reflects the spirit of the CT Scanner Campaign: neighbours helping neighbours and investing in healthcare that will benefit generations to come.

“Lucienne and Guy have been pillars of our community for decades,” said Mark Adam, Chair of the HGMH Foundation Board of Directors.

HGMH Foundation’s CT Scanner Campaign has already surpassed the $2 million milestone toward its $3.5 million goal. Once installed, the CT scanner will enhance emergency care, speed up diagnoses, and allow thousands of patients each year to receive advanced diagnostic imaging close to home.

Community support continues to drive the campaign forward, with every donation bringing this transformative project one step closer to reality. To learn more about the CT Scanner Campaign or to make a donation, visit www.hgmhfoundation.org.
