A local version of the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s is taking place this Saturday, May 17, in Chute-à-Blondeau.
Everyone is invited to participate, regardless of ability. Hearts and Steps for Alzheimer’s begins at 10 am on Saturday at the Manoir Carillon long-term care facility in Chute-à-Blondeau. In addition to a walking route through the village, there will also be free hot dogs and drinks, face painting, entertainment, games and activities.
Participants in the walk are invited to show their support by wearing blue or white. The event is presented by Manoir Carillon and the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada—Cornwall and District. Manoir Carillon is located at 1988 Rue Principale (County Road 4) in Chute-à-Blondeau.
