On Wednesday, March 19, the City of Clarence-Rockland honoured the commitment of four municipal employees and a dedicated community volunteer by awarding them the King Charles III Coronation Medal.

The medal recipients are:

• Gilles Chartrand, founder and volunteer curator of the Clarence-Rockland Museum. He devotes his time to preserving and showcasing local history, ensuring a legacy for future generations.

• Anne Morris-Bouchard is a cornerstone of municipal childcare services. Her unwavering dedication has touched the lives of many families by providing children with a safe and nurturing environment.

• Monique Ouellet, Municipal Clerk, plays a key role in the governance and smooth operation of the city. Her expertise extends beyond municipal borders, as she is also a pillar of the Prescott-Russell clerks’ network.

• Christine Sarault is the driving force behind the City’s cultural and event programming. Thanks to her work, Clarence-Rockland enjoys a diverse range of festivals, performances, and events that bring the community together.

• Stéphane Grignon is recognized for his exceptional commitment to customer service. Through his professionalism and human-centered approach, he contributes daily to enhancing the experience of residents.

According to a press release, these five recipients embody the values of dedication and service that define Clarence-Rockland.
