Legion gives $6,500 to HGH Foundation

Royal Canadian Legion Georges Vanier Branch 472 in Hawkesbury has donated $6,500 to the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HGH) Foundation for cancer treatment services. The funds were raised at the branch’s annual golf tournament, held on August 24, and from an additional $1,000 contribution from the branch.
