Following a successful recruitment drive, the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital (HGH) announced both new staff members and additional staff still to be hired. Another open house recruitment event will be held on Wednesday, September 4, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
HGH is presenting the drive as a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals to join a thriving and supportive environment dedicated to delivering high-quality care to the community. Attendees will be able meet the HGH team, explore available roles, and participate in on-the-spot interviews.
HGH is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Respiratory Therapists (RTs), Anesthesia Assistants (AAs), Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapy Assistants/Physiotherapy Assistants (OTA/PTA).
“We are thrilled to welcome new members to our team as we continue to expand our services,” said HGH Chief Human Resource Officer and VP of Communications Freda Stolz.
“With the upcoming launch of our new Transition Care Unit and Fourth Operating Room, we are more focused than ever on providing care that truly meets the needs of our community,” added Stolz.
