On Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, EPR Fusion minor hockey hosted the district finals for minor hockey in Vankleek Hill. More than 700 played during the two days. Six EPR Fusion teams made the semi finals. U11B put up a good fight in the semi finals against Casselman, but came up short to make it to the finals. U11C made it to the finals and won in an exciting game in overtime against Embrun.
The 2U and 13B teams went up against each other in the finals. U13 B-1 won at the end and they were also regular season champions.
The 2U 18B teams went up against each other in the semi finals. U18 B -2 won in the finals against Clarence. The stands are full with parents and grandparents coming to cheer the kids.
