The Vankleek Hill Ladies Hockey League finished its season on Friday, April 5 with Scaffold Fast defeating Donovan & Lebeau 2-1 in overtime to become this year’s champions.
The league had 4 teams with women from all ages and calibers equally divided and they played Friday evenings from September to March.
The season ended with a small banquet. Awards for the champions, top points, and each team had voted on three winners to receive a prize (ie. bulldozer award, most improved, most dedicated).
