The Friends of the Library are presenting ‘Take Time for Tea’ on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 1 pm at the Vankleek Hill Curling Club.

The menu includes sandwiches, sweets, scones and a selection of teas. A limited vegetarian option is available with a prior reservation.

This is the second year for the event and the format has changed a bit. Thanks to last year’s feedback, the menu has been tweaked slightly, say the organizers. Plus, there will be one featured guest speaker this year. Sue Pitchforth, an interior designer and owner of Decor Therapy Plus, is a new resident of Vankleek Hill and she will be the guest speaker at this event.

To buy tickets, stop in at The Review, at 76 Main Street East or at Vankleek Cottage at 105 Main Street East (in Vankleek Hill), at Champlain Library, or call 613-299-5275. Tickets will be on sale soon.
