It will soon be easier for public transit passengers in Argenteuil to stay dry while waiting for the bus.
On Thursday, February 8, the Municipalité régional de comté (MRC) d’Argenteuil council approved the purchase of 10 bus shelters for use at selected bus stops along the transit routes maintained by the MRC. The total cost for the shelters is $125,000. The Québec government is subsidizing 95 per cent of the cost of the structures.
