A local public library is offering help to citizens with preparing their income tax returns.
The Clarence-Rockland Public Library encourages residents who meet the criteria of the federal Volunteer Income Tax Program to contact the library to set up an appointment with a registered volunteer who will assist them with preparing and filing their return for free.
