Major road work is underway in Casselman.
The municipality is replacing the storm sewers, installing wider sidewalks, and a new asphalt surface on Laurier Street and Brebeuf Street. Work will usually take place from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and residents should expect additional noise, dust, and traffic delays during those times.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Laurier and Brebeuf streets during work hours.
The construction project is expected to continue until November.
