Riverest Marina’s 2022 Sailing Regatta races kicked off on Saturday, July 9 on the Ottawa River in L’Orignal, with eight boats battling it out for top spot in the season opening event.

Kevin Jonasson took his Tanzer 22 ‘Evergreen’ to top spot in the July 9 race, beating out second place André Berdnikoff, who finished just over 18 minutes behind in his Colgate 26 named ‘Smile’.
