A regulation adopted in April to restrict vacation homes in certain zones of Brownsburg-Chatham will remain the law.

Québec law allows for residents of areas affected by changes to zoning regulations to register for a referendum on the regulation. However, no signatures were registered so therefore the regulation will remain in affect based on the approval granted by council.
