On Sunday, March 6, shortly after 1 p.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of an indecent act incident on the New York Central Recreational Trail near Forced Road in Russell.
An unknown male was walking in the trail and engaged in a conversation with a person. A short time later, the person noticed that the male had his genitals exposed. The male then left the premise without incident.
Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the male person of interest with the following descriptions:
The male is described as:
Caucasian
Slim build
Approximately 172 cms (5’8″) tall
Between 25 and 35 years of age
Wearing a black jogging suit, with a logo on the chest and two stripes on each arm
Very well spoken, no accent
Dark well-groomed hair
Dark and short beard
