A Russell woman has won $1,433,812.50 from the 50/50 draw in the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario’s Dream of a Lifetime Lottery.
Rosalee Gravelle, of Russell, was the holder of ticket number 636293 and will take home $1,433,812.50 in the lottery’s 50/50 draw. This year the jackpot for the 50/50 draw climbed to the highest in lottery history, reaching a total of $2,867,625.
The final draws were made in the 2021 CHEO Dream of a Lifetime Lottery on January 5. Mark Coldham of Ottawa, ticket number 013613, won the Grand Prize package worth more than $3.1 million, which includes the Minto Dream Home fully furnished by La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, bi-weekly cleaning for one year from ATC Cleaning, $100,000 in cash, a 2021 4-door LTD Hybrid Explorer 4WD from Donnelly Ford Lincoln Ltd (or $65,000 cash), a $5,000 Farm Boy gift card, moving services from Adam’s Moving and legal services from Mann Lawyers.
Ticket holders can check their tickets online at www.dreamofalifetime.ca as of 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2022. All winners will receive a confirmation letter from MNP LLP within two weeks, detailing how to claim their prize.
