The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) Social Services Housing department is looking for landlords in the Municipality of Casselman interested in taking on rental agreements with the UCPR for one and two-bedroom units for middle and low-income households.
The UCPR guarantees the total amount of rent according to a rent supplement agreement. Interested landlords can send information on the rental units, i.e., number of bedrooms, unit address, cost per month and services included/excluded, by December 31, 2021 to [email protected].
The UCPR Housing Services reserves the right to accept or reject any offers submitted.
