On Wednesday, October 20, 2021, shortly before 1:30 p.m., Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of an indecent act incident at a park on Limoges Road in Limoges.
An unknown male was running in the park naked, exposing his genitals. A short time later, the male ran towards people walking in the park. The male then left the park without further incident.
Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the male person of interest with the following descriptions:
The male is described as:
- Caucasian
- Approximately 182 cms (6′) tall
- Approximately 180 lbs
- Between 60 and 69 years of age
- Wearing a black toque, a blue surgical mask and a grey sweater wrapped around his waist
- Possibly wearing small prescription glasses
