New recreational path project on the go in Grenville

Residents of the centre of Grenville wanting to walk or bike to the store will soon have a shorter route to follow.

Work to build a new recreational path is currently underway between rue Queen and the parking lot of the IGA grocery store, Familiprix drugstore, and SAQ store on rue Maple (Route 344). The new path will run beside a drainage ditch, which is also under construction.

In July 2020, the village of Grenville received a $50,000 grant from the Québec government for improvements to its recreational paths.
