Tulmar Safety Systems has been awarded a contract from the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) to supply the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) with Hazardous Duty and Maritime Pouch Life Preservers.

Under contract award W8482-218815/001/DMARP4, Tulmar will provide the Navy with a firm quantity of 4,000 units with an option to supply up to an additional 14,400 units. This multi-year contract is familiar work for Tulmar, which has delivered more than 32,000 of the life preservers to the Royal Canadian Navy over the past five years under a similar contract for the Department of National Defence.
