On February 19, 2021, shortly after 2:30 a.m., a Russell County OPP officer conducted a traffic stop for a Highway Traffic Act offence on Champlain Street in Bourget.
The investigation revealed that the motorist was allegedly not complying with a probation order.
As a result of the investigation, the 37-year-old Bourget man was charged with:
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal at a later date.
