As of the afternoon of Wednesday, October 14, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) has confirmed a total of 35 positive cases of COVID-19 within the Prescott and Russell Residence. Residents account for 27 cases and the remaining eight cases are in employees. The Residence has now received all of the results of the testing conducted last Friday, October 9 after the first case of COVID-19 at the 146-bed facility was discovered.
The outbreak at the Prescott and Russell Residence composed all of the cases of COVID-19 within the Town of Hawkesbury on October 14.
