On Monday, October 5, the SDG Library re-opened six additional branches for curbside pick-up services. Chesterville, Finch (MakerLab), Iroquois, Long Sault, Maxville, and Williamstown branches will be open for limited hours for patrons to pick up holds.

To arrange pick-up of materials, patrons can place holds on items either online or by contacting the branch. When requested items are ready, patrons will be automatically notified to contact their lending branch to find out the procedures for pick-up.

In addition to curbside pick-up services resuming at these locations, in-person library services are available in Alexandria, Crysler, Ingleside, Lancaster, Morrisburg and Winchester. In-person services, while limited, include browsing collections, using computers, accessing WiFi and printing services, and being in-branch for short stays (30-minutes). Please visit www.sdglibrary.ca/limited-branch-access for information on visiting our branches.

The SDG Library continues to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation. It is carefully considering what is required for re-opening in order to ensure the health and safety those using and working in the branches.
