Voting is in important responsibility. And although students cannot vote, Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute (VCI) and École Secondaire Catholique Régional de Hawkesbury (ESCRH) held a mock vote for students on October 21 to give them a taste of how it’s like to participate in our electoral process. The grade eight students participated at ESCRH and grade 11 and 12 at VCI. Both schools elected Liberal majority governments and VCI elected a Green party official opposition.
