Karen Mingarelli is on the campaign trail, seeking election as a councillor for the Town of Hawkesbury.

“My 23 years of government experience has taught me government protocols. I can and will write compelling applications for grants, subsidies, and low interest loans. I will roll up my sleeves and work every day,” says Mingarelli.

“I will hunt down money. Nothing is going to happen without it. And taxes will just go up if we don’t find it. Plain and simple,” adds Mingarelli, who adds, “A vote for me is a vote for you.”

The next municipal and school elections will be held on Monday October 22nd, 2018. The town’s electors will have to elect one Mayor and six councillors. Electronic voting begins on October 17, 2018. More information can be found on the town’s website, including information about the electronic voting process, at hawkesbury.ca.
