9-11am – Document and Technology Assistance – If you have any questions regarding documents you have received, if you need help accessing information on the internet or just need some help navigating your laptop or tablet, feel free to come see us and we will help you out.
12:00pm – Lunch – Available to all ($5)
1:30pm – Introduction to Meditation and Relaxation Techniques – Learn various techniques to help you cope with everyday stress. Follow up sessions will take place on September 27, October 11 & 25.
