Arbor Gallery 2018 Speaker Series presents the premiere of singer Janie Renee’s new music video, entitled “L’Embuscade,” on Saturday, February 17, at 7:30 p.m. Janie Myner will be on hand to present her video and introduce the cast members who created the film.
The movie crew will share multiple anecdotes surrounding this particular creation which celebrates Valentine’s Day in a very special way. Part of the video was filmed at Arbor Gallery in Vankleek Hill.
“This video is also intended as an homage to Phil Arber, an art lover, and a pillar of our community,” says Myner.
Translation of the words to the song is indicative of the tone of the video: My heart is a nomad, a little bohemian, a pilgrim of adventure, a collector of fate.
“We are so very pleased to feature Janie’s video here at the Gallery,” says Samme Putzel, organizer of the Speaker Series “Interesting Talks with Interesting People”.
“We are privileged to be able to feature the work of such a talented artist who lives right here in our midst.”
