“The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities,” writes Stephen Covey.  Interesting concept, eh?  I starting doing this in January of last year in my personal life and it has absolutely been a catalyst for positive change! As this concept was introduced, I was forced to identify my priorities, set goals and schedule my activities around those priorities.  I am now very mindful of the commitments I make, the habits I create and the order in which I execute on those priorities.

As 2018 approaches, this methodology is now being applied to my business priorities and, if you are an entrepreneur or small business owner, I encourage you to do the same.  Take the time to identify and evaluate the priorities for your business, assess your goals, and schedule the time in order to take the necessary steps to reach those goals.

It’s probably the busiest time of the year for you (you are not alone!), so take a quick moment from your crazy, hectic life and mark in some time in the new year to do this, or schedule a free, one-hour call with us to do this with you!  We can help put the practices in place to systemically plan, organize, control and measure around the goals you set for your business.  We have adopted the latest technology to be able to deliver real-time and accurate insights into your business, all while making the bookkeeping side of your business painless for you!

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you the merriest of holiday seasons and all the very best for 2018!
