Local singing group Voix-Là was on stage last Saturday night at the Saint-Grégoire Church for their well-attended Fall Variety Show. The nine performers certainly reached their goal: convincing everyone that Happiness is…SINGING. Popular songs from both French and English entertainers delighted the audience.
Catherine Falardeau-Picard, Johanne Lamoureux, Diane Judson, Lorraine Miner, Christiane Falardeau-Picard, Hélène Desjardins, Gaston Paquette and Michel Miner and Isabelle Séguin (absent from the picture) sang their heart out to raise $740 for the Parish Pastoral committee’s latest project to equip the church with a much-needed electronic and computerized system. The audience truly appreciated the tap dancing numbers from the young dancers of teacher Lise Pearl’s dance class.
