Photos and videos: flooding at Pointe-Fortune

While warm weather and precipitation has caused high waters and flooding in some areas near the Ottawa River, including Pointe-Fortune (below), the end may be in sight: the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board said Friday that with no more rain in the forecast, water levels can be expected to stabilize and begin to decline in the coming days.
