VCI woodshop class receives donation of maple, red oak

Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute Grade 9 students in Mr. Williams’s woodshop class stand beside part of a pile of maple and red oak boards they helped to unload.  The wood has been donated to the school by Goodfellow Lumber in Delson, Quebec.  This marks the second time that the company has donated wood to VCI and the donation this year was so generous, it has been shared with three other schools in the area.  The students of VCI would like to thank Goodfellow for their thoughtfulness and generosity and they look forward to making many creative projects with the donated wood.
