On Saturday, November 26, Saint Jude Catholic Elementary School in Vankleek Hill, will be hosting a “One Stop Christmas Show.” More than 20 local artisans and business will be featured at the event, which takes place between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The first 100 people who visit the show will be eligible to win one of many door prizes, which were donated by local businesses.
Visitors are asked to bring a perishable food item, which will be given to a local food bank.
The artisan fair is part of ongoing initiatives to raise money for end-of-year field trips, to purchase new “buddy benches” and to plant shade-bearing trees in the school yard. Additional fundraising initiatives include financing anti-bullying presentations and purchasing new classroom technology.
St. Jude Catholic Elementary School is located at 5355 Highway 34, in Vankleek Hill.
